OUR RULES


The Beach opening hours are as follows:
in the months of May / September from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In the months of June / July / August from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
From 1:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the case will be closed.

Microchip
every dog can have access to the beach if identified with microchip or if tattooed; dogs must be the anti rabies vaccinated. Every owner must carry insurance on his own dog.
Vaccination
It is recommended that owners, for the well being of the people and their pets, periodically do the vaccination prophylaxis for the main infective diseases (parasites) and do not take dogs with cardiovascular pathologies to the beach.
Flea collar
Every person, before coming to the beach, must be in possession of a flea collar or equivalent; on the beach a leash is required (a measure of not more than 1,50 meters ) permanently fixed to the ground, possibly to a pole frame firmly in the sand so as to prevent it getting undone.
Muzzle
The owners or holders must also bring with them a muzzle, hard or soft, to be applied to the dog in case of risk for the safety of people or animals at the request of our staff or authorities.
Surveillance
The owner must be certain that the dog cannot reach the people that are near it; he or she must place a bowl always full of water near the dog at a reachable distance and be certain that the pet has some shade to lie in .
Cleaning
Dog - waste must be picked up and thrown in the appropriate bin, urine instead must be washed away with abundant sea water by the owner of the dog.
Demarcated area
The dog’s bathing area is included in the water pool opposite the equipped area strand and is visible by floating signals.
Bathing zones
Access to the sea is allowed to no more than five dogs at a time that must be immediately put on a leash as soon as they get out of the water ; the owner of the dog must be present at all times.
Tranquility
the owner must do his best to avoid continuous barking or a too lively behaviour from their dog; if not he will have to leave the beach. This faculty can also be reserved to the surveillance and their unchallengeable judgement. Access to the beach is anyhow prohibited to animals with an aggressive syndrome or females on heat.
Walk
every two hours the owner should take his dog out of the beach area for a walk.
Beach Umbrellas
the manager of the beach resort will decide which beach umbrella to give to each family with a dog and has the faculty to make any changes he or she may think is necessary in order to give an adequate service to all.
Responsibility
dogs should never be left unattended and free to roam: liability (civil and criminal) for the damage caused is from the owner. Our staff will monitor compliance.
Offenders
if this regulation is not kept into consideration and not followed carefully, the lawbreaker will have to abandon the beach resort; moreover the Directors, may contact the competent administrative authorities and health officers (police or local health services) in case there are any owners that to do not obey the law (eg. The lack of microchip, disrespect for those rules concerning aggressive dogs, etc.)
Beach Equipment
The dog equipment delivered by the beach staff (dog bed, bowl and leash) must be returned before 7:00 p.m. (May and September by 6:00 p.m.).
Any games
You can not run or play with balls and / or rackets in the middle of the field and on the shoreline to avoid disturbing and shake dogs.
Private Beach
Being a private beach, you can not use and installation of any awnings or own deck chairs or own beach umbrella within the industry and in front of the shoreline to have free access to water dogs.
Last but not least...
The parasol place includes:
2 beds, 1 bed for the dog bowl and leash.
Under an umbrella you can fit up to 4 people and 2 dogs; if the medium / small size can be with a third dog additional payment of € 6,00 daily (or you rent a second umbrella);
You can add 1 sun bed or 1 deck chair with additional payment of € 8,00 daily for the sun bed or € 7,00 daily for the deck chair.
The dog bed can't sustain people so please don't use it to sit!
This beach is a beach for people with dogs: for each umbrella there must be at least 1 dog so if we have availability, there is the possibility that families of more than 4 people with 1 dog can rent a second beach umbrella but in high season (especially July and August) will not be possible as we will give priority to people with dogs.
Never leave your dog alone under the beach umbrella!
Every dog should be kept on a lead (provided from the beach) to the water and from the water to the umbrella. Only in water the dog can stay without it.
The dog equipment delivered by the beach staff (bowl, leash and dog bed) must be returned before 7:00 p.m. (May and September within hours 6.00 p.m.).
In warmer periods often wet the dog, in the shower or in the sea. You can wash your dog only with water (soaps/shower gel are forbidden). Remember! The owners have their own showers!
The dog must always be present under the beach umbrella, for the entire duration of the holiday, you can not come to the beach without the dog unless it is bad (attach medical records) or for a valid reason verified by the beach staff.
For smokers: use the designated smoking area within the establishment.
Collect the droppings of their dogs is mandatory: if the staff is aware of a breach is obliged to leave the beach the offender;
